2. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Because returned products must remain unused and in original condition, we recommend checking your item as soon as it arrives.

To begin the process, email our support team at sales@weymotor.com. This manual process helps us review each case carefully and respond with accurate instructions. In addition, it prevents delays and avoids misunderstandings.

4. Eligible Return Reasons

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • Parts of your order are missing

  • Your package never arrived after 45 days

However, items that show signs of use, wear, or modification are not eligible for return. Also, if you entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout, we cannot issue a refund.

8. Sale Items

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

9. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange for the same product, email sales@weymotor.com.

10. Gift Orders

If your order was marked as a gift, you may receive store credit once the return is completed. Otherwise, we must send the refund to the original purchaser.

11. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Because return shipping is non-refundable, the cost may be deducted from your refund. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
